Concrete Preservation Technologies research and develop new technologies for the treatment, assessment and monitoring of reinforced concrete structures. With over 40 years experience in concrete repair and protection, 30 years in electrochemical treatment of reinforced concrete structures and over 100 technical publications, CPT have both the technical and practical on-site knowledge to offer optimum client solutions.

Experience

The CPT directors offer a wealth of experience in the treatment of reinforced steel corrosion with exposure to galvanic protection, cathodic protection, chloride extraction, realkalisation techniques and traditional concrete repair. The directors were involved in the development of the 1st generation galvanic protection products: Galvashield XP, Galvashield CC, Galvashield Lifejacket (LJ), Galvashield MA for Fozroc. This technology was subsequently marketed in North America by Vector Corrosion Technologies, Sika and BASF. A range of international projects have been undertaken in the UK, USA, France, Australia, Spain, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Algeria and Malaysia.

Concrete Preservation Technologies provide specialist products for the repair and monitoring of steel reinforced concrete structures. Concrete Preservation Technologies' leading edge technology, Duoguard 500, is aimed at structures subject to steel reinforcement corrosion leading to concrete damage.
